We’re Jez and Niki — a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for old buildings, their restoration, and conservation. With years of hands-on experience working on traditional properties, both our own and others’, we love helping clients get the very best out of their traditional homes.
We offer thoughtful advice alongside skilled, practical craftsmanship. Our work includes lime repairs, lath and plaster ceiling repairs, and breathable paint solutions, as well as carpentry and traditional window repairs and restoration (including Crittall windows). "The guys did a great job repainting our house. Not an easy one as all lime render and an old and tall house with some crumbling bits of render to deal with too. They were very efficient and kept cheery despite the complicated weather (rain!) and scaffold issues. They kept to their price and kept everything tidy and now we have a house that looks really beautiful again! Jez also repointed an old limestone wall that was very crumbly and had mortar bee holes in it everywhere and did a beautiful job of it while keeping it looking like the original. I would highly recommend them, especially great for old and complicated houses."
